What are Components

ChatCompose components enable you to respond to your users with interactive content, such as Messages, Options, Videos, Links, Forms and HTML. With the use of HTML you can deliver almost every type of web element. (iframe, scripts etc.)

You can then assign components as the initial messages, or as responses to messages e.g You can show a video after the message "May i see your office" etc.
